DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. They stood me up, barely apologized, and did absolutely nothing to resolve the stressful situation they put me in.

I booked and confirmed a move out cleaning service. They didn’t show, didn’t pick up the phone or call me back. I eventually got through, Luis told me he’d call the cleaner and she should be coming imminently and everything was booked — then went silent. An hour after my scheduled appointment and after multiple attempts to contact Luis, he texts me an oops sorry, and I never hear from him again.

Completely unprofessional, dysfunctional, and dishonest.

Moving is already stressful enough. Having an incompetent company screw you over on move out day, when your own cleaning supplies are already with the movers and inaccessible, is the last thing anyone needs. I was able to contact a cleaning lady directly who did an amazing job. I learned this lesson: Why pay some asshole mediator to take a cut for doing nothing?
